About RSVP
We run our business in a team-centric way, putting the wellbeing of our staff first. We pay each member of the team a salary that is inclusive of service charge (we are doing away with discretionary tips and tronc), and that is over the London Living Wage. We open 5 days a week to ensure each team member gets 2 days off. We offer mental health support via Hospitality Action, via our Mental Health First aiders and through training of all interested members of staff. We give individual focus on career progression and create a unique plan dedicated to each person, followed up by structured reviews. We offer ongoing learning and development in house, and provide support for external training through Apprenticeship schemes and WSET.
