About Quince Bakery
Quince Bakery will produce sourdough breads made exclusively with UK grown stoneground flour from a short and known supply chain. Bread is at the heart of this new brand, whose founders hope that it will cement their relationship with the neighbourhood by offering daily fresh bread to residents and visitors alike. There will be a counter filled with sweet and savoury bakes, excellent coffee, a small selection of conscientiously curated wines and a retail space filled with items produced by independent makers whose values match Quince Bakery’s All of Quince’s products will be made with ingredients of integrity and crucially made to be as delicious as they can possibly be: flour from Landrace Milling, nuts from Food & Forest, fruit picked at Maynards Farm, and cheeses from Neals Yard Dairy.Workplace Perks
