Like them we are committed to making the best gelato possible, combining the traditional savoir-faire of the finest maestros with our own experimental approach and a touch of modern science. The Slow-Food is at the heart of everything La Gelatiera does. Our gelato is 100% natural, free from any additives, preservatives, colouring or emulsifiers and freshly hand-made daily in small batches. While the majority of Italian ice cream makers use semi-finished products, we make our own gelato bases fresh from scratch. La Gelatiera is known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to flavour with award winning flavours such as Honey and Rosemary & Orange Zest, Porcini Mushroom & Chocolate Cream and our legendary Vegan Sicilian Pistachio sorbet.
