About Coombeshead farm

On the farm we have a small 20 cover restaurant. Menus are created daily from produce growing in the garden, with a focus on traditional methods of preservation. Cured home reared mangalitza ham, pickles and ferments often feature on the menu. Cocktails are concocted from home made infusions and the wine list takes a natural and biodynamic approach.
