Our daily changing menu showcases the best produce in Cornwall. We focus on whole fish to share, cooked over charcoal, as well as small plates. Influences come from the traditional coastal cooking of Europe, and fishing towns where restaurant menus reflect perfectly what is landed by local fishermen. 95% of our vegetables arrive at the door in the hands of the people that grew them. A special relationship made possible by the landscapes around us and the determination of a new wave of growers pushing regenerative farming. Knowledge of local fisheries comes from a lifetime working here, and the expertise of fishermen, buyers and processors on hand every day contributes to the rare place Argoe occupies in the restaurant world - a fish restaurant deeply connected to the industry around it.
