KOL is the first restaurant from critically acclaimed chef patron Santiago Lastra. Championing seasonality, sustainability and an appreciation for wild ingredients, KOL’s menu overlays the techniques and heritage of Mexican cuisine with the landscape of Britain.
Since opening in 2020, KOL has been recognised internationally as one of London’s best restaurants, receiving accolades from the World’s 50 Best, Europe’s La Liste, and National Restaurant Awards. KOL was awarded one Michelin Star in 2022 and has maintained its position on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for three consecutive years.
