Head Chef needed, to open exclusive 30 cover restaurant within the newly opened boutique hotel, Criollo House, in the Seychelles.
3 month initial contract with opportunity for permanent position.
4 weeks annual leave and annual return flights.
A creative, confident and adventurous chef, looking to experiment with new ingredients and styles. We are looking for a head chef to work with us in launching our new restaurant and menu. The food will be focused around fish and seafood and must be vibrant, imaginative and showcase local produce.
We want an inventive and excited chef, with experience cooking a range of cuisines, a self starter and motivated worker. This role offers huge creative freedom, responsibility for the menu and kitchen, a fantastic working environment, great work life balance, exposure within the luxury hotel market, opportunity to explore a new country, culture and cuisine, plus living on the beach!

Developing new recipes
Controlling kitchen costs
Train kitchen staff
Contributing to the kitchen garden
Shifts are 11am -11pm, 6 days a week (Sundays off)
