BVC are a fast-growing, London-based hospitality group started by three friends Jeremy Coste, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche in 2013. Their first restaurant opened the same year - North Audley Cantine, a much-loved neighbourhood bistro in Mayfair. Specialising in comfort food and healthy dishes with Parisian attitude, NAC is a buzzing, local gem that offers informal hospitality and a broad menu of feel-good food in an area of London otherwise known for its well-heeled and exclusive dining spots. In 2016, Ahi Poké was opened in Fitzrovia - a California-inspired poké shop that works with the seasons, selecting the best ingredients from land and sea, serving them up Hawaii-style, as fresh and wholesome bowls, bursting with flavour. Ahi Poké now has 6 sites across London. Most recently, BVC opened Crème, a dessert shop specialising in giant cookies, soft serve ice cream and coffee. The cookies are baked-fresh on site and served warm throughout the day.
