fodder is a pop-up restaurant, supper club and catering business founded by four friends in 2017. We've run sell-out dinners and residencies all over London with the likes of Borough Wines, Great Guns Social, Dynamic Vines, and Curio Cabal, as well as a festival outside of London in the summer of 2019, and have our first overseas pop-up in Paris this September.
Our food is seasonal, sustainable, sometimes foraged, and always inspired by what we find fun to eat, cook and serve. The kitchen is led by head chef Michael Thompson, who has worked in the kitchens of Grosvenor House, Pollen Street Social, and Fera @ Claridges before setting up fodder. He also led the kitchen at zero-waste Hoxton restaurant Lyan Cub in 2019. Whether we're putting on a 'British Izakaya' with a sake brewery or a festival feasting menu, we aim to bring something exciting to every mouthful, with a story to tell behind it.
