Oslo Fish & Bun will open early September, at the top of Soho’s Argyll street, right next door to Oxford Circus station. We will offer a compact menu serving fresh, fast food, with an emphasis on provenance, sustainability and flavour. We are looking for dynamic and motivated chefs to join our team as we launch, and grow with us into the future.
