Intimate 34 cover Italian restaurant by Jay Patel (ex GM Barrafina and Koya City) and Matt Beardmore (ex senior sous chef Trullo) focusing on high quality produce with a small, frequently changing menu and low intervention wine list.

We are looking for really dedicated and passionate individuals who enjoy working in a small team, are willing to take on responsibility and grow professionally. Given our size, every member of our team will have the opportunity to learn how to make fresh hand formed pastas, crudo and raw fish preparations, as well as traditional Italian cooking techniques.

Our menu will be dictated by the best produce, sourced from farmers, day boat fish suppliers and producers from the UK and Europe. Both FOH and the kitchen will participate in daily mis en place, so ideally, we are looking for candidates who wish to learn as much as possible about the food we serve, the way it is prepared and cooked.
