Cin Cin was founded by David Toscano who gave up a city law career to buy a vintage Fiat van to start the business in Italian street food and events. It is now two award winning Italian casual counter dining restaurants in Brighton and Hove.
Since opening in 2016, we’ve won a Michelin Bib Gourmand, been voted Brighton’s 3rd best restaurant, won Brighton's Best Welcome (twice), been included in the Waitrose Good Food Guide and Harden's Guide, featured in national press by The Telegraph, Restaurant Magazine, BBC Good Food, Olive Magazine, National Geographic Food and The Guardian; had our recipes printed in a cookbook, served over 45,000 customers with lots of positive feedback and just had a great time giving Brighton and Hove the Italian food it deserves!
We love handmade pasta and make it fresh in our two restaurants twice a day. We also love local British produce so we change our menus monthly to showcase what's in season and deliver the spirit of modern Italian cuisine. And we love hospitality and hosting a great experience for our customers.
