HAYA is a neighbourhood Mediterranean restaurant with Israeli influence in the heart of Notting Hill. Inspired by founder Victoria Paltina’s visits to the city of Tel Aviv, HAYA is born of the lively, spirited culture she found there and focuses on simple Mediterranean sharing plates and nutritious, seasonal ingredients, with Head Chef Oren King at the helm.

Haya is a neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill serving a seasonal based Mediterranean menu with an Israeli influence. We will officially open in the middle of September.  We are looking to build an energetic team, with a passion for fresh produce, and high quality. The kitchen is lead by head chef Shiri Kraus, a mother herself who is working to create a friendly and relaxed kitchen and dining atmosphere.  Shiri has a strong background in traditional Israeli & Middle Eastern food having worked for years within the Palomar group. Shiri is keen to create exciting and vibrant food with a strong focus on sustainability and high quality ingredients.  "I believe that combining work and family life whilst chasing your dreams is absolutely achievable, creating a life built on passion and purpose."
