STREET FOOD MANAGER

We’re looking for someone to take the reigns and run a Cyprus Kitchen stall on a manager level and grow with our business. This could lead to further opportunities as the business expands.

Cyprus Kitchen was born out of a love for Eastern Med food (my heritage) and having had enough of office life. Since we began back in 2015 we've evolved from a supper club in Walthamstow, with our bright blue table cloth and homemade vinyl logo to trading alongside some of the best names in the game.

Our CK crew are super friendly, hardworking , loyal and pretty dang funny. We have a fantastic relationship with all of incredibly loyal and familiar customer base (we know most by name) and in a 2 hour service we have one of the best vibes in the market, (or so we are told).Our humour is a mix of bad dad jokes and 'that's what she said', our team is a hardworking unit that pick up each other’s slack and offer a hand if they see the other is struggling.

If you apply it'd be more than just a few shifts on a street food stall, it'd be a full time job within a loving, dedicated team of individuals looking to bring an honest, healthy, (humorous) and REAL offering to the London's scene.

You’ll need to be over 25 (for insurance purposes) with a clean driving licence (happy to drive a van around London) and have worked within a busy hospitality set-up for a minimum of 6 months.

40+ hours per week, predominantly Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work.

The role will include picking up stock from the prep kitchen, driving to site, setting up with a CK team, delivering outstanding service and food, packing down and heading back to base - generally a bit of everything that it takes to make the stall functional and running.

You’ll be the face of the business at every level so a chipper, assertive, professional and polished attitude is an absolute must.Pay will be based on experience starting at £12.5 p/h (freelance contractor) going up to £15 (after 6 months) once fully trained and running your own ship and having passed level 3 food hygiene.Please send C.V’s and references to Nick@cypruskitchen.co
