Founded in 2014 by YBF Baking Award Winner Terri Mercieca, our ice cream sandwiches and soft-serve combine modern and traditional techniques to create desserts that are bold in flavour, temper sweetness with savoury and balance textures.

Happy Endings specialise in ice cream sandwiches and luxury soft-serve that combine modern and traditional techniques to create desserts that are bold in flavour, temper sweetness with savoury and balance textures.   Our company is built on fun and quality, not just in the food we produce and service we provide, but also in the relationships we build. We take a lot of care in sourcing great ethical ingredients and treat these and the people we work with respect and kindness.  We produce ice creams for some of Londons great fast casual restaurants, street food traders and fancy retailers like Selfridges. We are growing rapidly and looking to build an awesome team to grow with us.  Our fab kitchen is located in Bow and are gearing up excitedly for our summer season. Really looking forward to have someone new join our small team.
