Retention, development and shared accountability: how a stable team becomes a profitable one.
Module Description
The link between a well led, stable team and a profitable business is direct, but it is rarely taught explicitly. This module shows managers how to develop and retain their people so that stability translates into stronger performance, lower turnover and real business development. It also covers how to build genuine team accountability for commercial outcomes, so that the people on the floor and in the kitchen understand the numbers they influence and feel ownership of them. Investing in the team becomes a commercial strategy rather than a nice to have.
