QVO Hospitality is an independent, Liverpool-based hospitality group with seven sites across Liverpool, Manchester and Chester. The mission behind all of them is to create unforgettable experiences, built on care, honesty and integrity, and passion. 

Maray is the flagship, with four restaurants: Liverpool Bold Street, Liverpool Dockside, Manchester and Chester. Founded in 2014, the Maray concept was originally inspired by the owners' experiences in the Le Marais district of Paris, an area influenced by Middle Eastern food. The food is small plates inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, designed to share. Maray also has sustainability credentials: it became the first independent in the North West to achieve a 3 star Sustainable Restaurant Association rating.

Buyers Club is an independent neighbourhood spot in the heart of Liverpool’s historic Georgian Quarter. From handmade pasta, Neapolitan pizza and sourdough bread prepared fresh each morning to our curated natural wine list, everything we serve is rooted in quality.

Cafe Barbette is our newest opening, a wine bar in Chester's Exchange Square, capturing the relaxed charm of a European café while delivering the polish and attention to detail of a destination bar.
