About LARDO

LARDO is a neighbourhood restaurant in London Fields built on energy, generosity and a deep respect for great ingredients. We cook Italian-inspired food with a British sensibility. Our food is seasonal, produce-led and designed for sharing.

At the centre of the restaurant stands a disco ball pizza oven that turns out blistered pizzas, slow-roasted meats and main plates that lean into bold flavour and simplicity. Pasta is made to be eaten with a glass of something good, plates land when they’re ready and meals stretch naturally into evenings.

Wine is a big part of what we do. The list moves between classic bottles and low-intervention producers, with a focus on drinkability and discovery rather than ceremony. Next door, our wine bar bastardo carries the same attitude. Good bottles, no fuss.

LARDO is as much about atmosphere as it is about food. Busy, loud in the right way, and always a little unpredictable. It’s a place for long lunches, late dinners, big tables, quick pizzas at the bar, and nights that go further than planned.

We run on passion and a love of food. Our aim is simple - cook properly, pour generously, serve kindly.
