Module Description
The way a leader communicates determines whether a team pulls in the same direction or quietly pulls apart. This module builds self awareness of your own leadership style, then the practical communication skills that turn good intentions into positive outcomes: giving feedback well, receiving it without defensiveness, and holding your ground when ideas and values collide.
