About Wilsons restaurant
Wilsons began cultivating its own 2 acre market garden in 2019, where the majority of the vegetables, herbs and flowers on the menu are grown. Wilsons source the rest of the ingredients they use from small scale, regenerative farmers and producers directly from their local area. We have a newly opened bakery just 2 doors down from the restaurant where we bake, cure and preserve. The bakery is open friday-sunday. The wine list at wilsons is short and frequently changing.We source wines from small scale producers using organic, biodynamic and low intervention techniques.Workplace Perks
