About West Lexham

West Lexham is undergoing an exciting expansion, building a brand-new timber frame kitchen space and bringing food in-house. We will be working directly with biodynamic growers on-site, a large wood-fired oven and a purpose-built kitchen to create a farm-to-fork offering for all our guests. We are based in Norfolk, surrounded by a plethora of other great growers and producers, and this is a great opportunity to work with and present the best of Norfolk on a plate, using techniques varying from cooking with fire to fermentation.
