We are a small family run and owned business with an aim to bring a truly sustainable and accessible food option to the high street. For Well Kneaded it takes the form of a a seasonal menu centring around wood fired sourdough pizza, paired with exciting seasonal salads and sides. We are always developing the menu.- we change it monthly and we are pursuing the most genuinely sustainable ways of eating and serving food. The company is run by husband and wife team Bridget & Laurence Callaghan and supported by a small exec team, passionate about creating opportunities for those facing disadvantage through truly sustainable food, served hospitably. We are known for our inclusive family culture and we have team members that have been with us since the beginning.
