About Tough Mary's Bakehouse

We make sourdough, pastries, cakes and sweets. We take pride in making everything from scratch at the bakery, from the granola at breakfast to the jams in our doughnuts. We also run pizza nights every month with creative and fun specials on both the savoury and dessert menus. Front-of-house for the bakery is a cafe serving all our breads, pastries and a selection of breakfast and lunch offerings alongside coffee from our roastery friends Outpost Coffee. We have a number of famously fussy French customers who swear our croissants are better than anything they can get at home.
