About Toklas Bakery
In the morning, we serve viennoiserie – croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon and cardamom buns, and often a fruit Danish. Breakfast dishes include a yoghurt with granola and fruit compote and fresh out the oven bread slices with butter and marmalade or Jam. Coffee is from the excellent Assembly roasters in Brixton.
Our breads are available to purchase and are served in Toklas restaurant, as well as several excellent restaurants around London. The sourdoughs use a blend of organic flours and grains including heritage grain from Breurn Farm and stoneground flours from N.R. Stoates & Sons.
