We make over 3,000 pizzas a week out of 2 busy restaurants over lunch and dinner. We have a small, simple menu which we rotate, keeping on some favourites and bringing in specials based on seasonal produce. Our focus is on doing everything to the highest possible standard and if we don't love something we try it doesn't go on the menu.
