About The Water House Project
We are an independent restautrant serving a monthly changing 10 course tasting menu paired with low intervention wines. We're open 4 days a week for 32 guests. Our evenings are held communally, all guests arrive at the same time, and shown to their tables which are a combination of shared and separate. The evening then progresses with the entire team serving each of the courses and wines to all guests at the same time.Workplace Perks
