Service should be friendly, efficient and genuine. You want to feel that the person serving you cares that you’re having a good time. Food should be delicious, generous, prepared with care and at a price that is not exclusive. The choice of drinks should be broad without being overwhelming, all correctly served. Local suppliers should be represented in the menu, drinks offer and surroundings. The local community should feel at home. In a nutshell, that is what we're here to create and maintain.
