“Think modern British cuisine with a twist”, says head chef Ousmane Gaye, who has an impressive culinary background having worked in some of London's most exciting kitchens, and who has curated an exciting menu that features locally- sourced and seasonal produce. Drawing from his heritage and travels, Ousmane's fusion of African, French, English, and Asian cuisines is evident in their dishes. In addition to their culinary delights, The Three Crowns hosts a pub quiz every Monday and Saturday afternoons are enlivened with free jazz performances. Down in the basement there’s the iconic live venue and nightclub, The Waiting Room, a cultural space dedicated to bringing the best grassroots artists to the area.
