From our principal site in London Fields, we focus on exceptional craft wholesale production, providing daily delivered bread and pastries to some of the City’s best food businesses, including well known multi operators, delightful neighbourhood deli’s, leading restaurants and local independents. We compliment the wholesale business with our busy onsite deli and courtyard café, where the kitchen offers seasonal dishes for breakfast and lunch as well as a changing selection of sandwiches from our counter. Our ‘with bread’ deli has a range of fresh produce and store cupboard essentials all carefully sourced from local producers, mirroring the philosophy and values of our kitchen. Wholesale is our primary business, having built a scalable model of industrious, skilled production and logistics teams, enabling us to scale and deliver across London to an ever-growing number of clients, while craft baking at the highest quality.
