The Ledbury is a fine dining neighbourhood restaurant located in Notting Hill. Along side Brett, our kitchen is now led by Tom Spenceley, and with a new set of eyes Tom has elevated iconic Ledbury dishes with a fresh skill set. The energy and passion in the kitchen remains the same. With Bretts knowledge of farming now heightened over lockdown, our understanding of produce and sustainability is better than ever. We have a whole new awareness of provenance and ingredients, many reared by Brett himself. We are always keen and happy to try out new ideas and encourage innovation from both our Kitchen and Front of House Team.
