About The Free Company

We run an organic, regenerative farm where we rotationally graze Shetland sheep, heritage cross cows, and rear rare-breed pigs. Our five-acre organic no-dig market garden complements this, providing the foundation for the menus in our restaurant. Open from Friday to Sunday, the restaurant offers a six-course set menu or a relaxed lunch service, both inspired by the freshest ingredients from the farm. In addition to the restaurant, we supply our farm produce to chefs, restaurants, and farm shops across Glasgow and Edinburgh through our wholesale service, as well as directly to local homes via our doorstep delivery. Beyond dining, we host private events, weddings, collaborations, farm open days, and educational workshops, creating meaningful experiences for our community.
