About The Ethicurean

Using produce from the walled garden and the surrounding area the team produce an immersive dining experience which includes being met at the gates of the walled garden to have a welcoming broth and finishes with drinks and marshmallows toasted over our fire pit on the lawn. The main part of the meal is situated in our famous dining room, overlooking the Mendip hills.
