We are a fresh pasta bar and deli takeaway in a small market in Hackney. We want to make the best ravioli and cocktails around. Our motto is: Eat Good Patsa, Have A Good Time. Our Nduja & Caramelised Onions Ravioli and Cacio e Pepe Ravioli are super popular, along with our Beef Shin Ragu with Pappardelle and Pici Alla Norma. Our Negronis, Apreols and Espresso Martinis are the best value and best tasting in Hackney... We think... At the moment, we are just at the stall, but by winter 2021 we hope to have a second site (so you can grow with us) and also explore online/retail/wholesale areas of business.
