About Sollip

We serve a tasting menu with accompanying optional wine flights, with a wine list curated by Keeling&Andrew of Noble Rot fame. Head Chef and owner Park worked at The Ledbury and Pastry Chef and co owner Bommee spent time working at the Arts Club, both graduating from the world famous Le Cordon Bleu in London. Front of House is led by General Manager Vita who is a The Fat Duck Alumna and has created a bespoke drinks menu with a unique soft menu pairing.
