Snuffle is an independent dog café and wine bar in Sydenham, South East London, built around great coffee, natural wines, and genuine community. We serve specialty coffee, seasonal drinks, and simple, high-quality food in a relaxed, design-led, dog-friendly space. Alongside the café, Snuffle also offers grooming, daycare, and a curated pet shop. Workplace Culture

This is a leadership role for an experienced Barista Manager who is passionate about specialty coffee and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent service. You will lead by example on the machine, manage daily operations, support and train the team, and help refine systems and standards. We are looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident in dialling in espresso, managing workflow, and maintaining quality during busy service. Snuffle offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape and grow an independent café with a strong identity and loyal following.
