Sessions' goal is to provide physical and virtual platforms for food concepts to thrive at every point in their lifecycle. We aspire to redefine the evolution of food brands by providing a physical platform for creation and a virtual platform for scale. Our omnichannel, full-ecosystem model is one of its kind in hospitality. Sessions operate the iconic Shelter Hall, Brighton seafront food hall and incubator, offering a space for the best local independent restaurant concepts, street food and chefs to excel, alongside new brand opportunities with 3 new sites in the pipeline. Alongside and inherently connected is the accelerator platform, working with established hospitality businesses who licence these newly created and some pre established concepts across delivery platforms, leveraging the enormous experience the Sessions team has in the world of online delivery.
