About Santa Bifana

We do Portuguese-ISH street food. Its a casual grab and go type fare, fast to serve, filling portions and exotic enough to be interesting but not to out there to throw you off. We take traditional recipes and apply ingredients, ideas and techniques learnt from different cookery styles here in the quest of making an excellent meal! Our new pop-up on the southbank will include also some more interesting sharing style dishes that can be typically found in a neighbourhood 'Tasca' The foundation of our menu are the sandwiches, the only choices are if you want Grilled Pork belly or Chicken, and portuguese yellow mustard. We do the rest.
