Sager + Wilde is a atmospheric spot in East London that has an extensive list of natural wines from across the globe, an ever-changing by-the-glass list, and the opportunity to sample glasses from rarer and more limited bottles that grace our cellar, which appear on our "unicorn" board. Open predominantly in the evenings and running late into the night, it is a space for people to come for a glass and stay for a bottle whilst snacking on a cheese board or a toastie. The dimmed lights and candles create an ambient space that has set the scene for many dates or long evenings with friends. The staff at Sager + Wilde are informed but unpretentious in their knowledge of wine and the other food and drinks served at the bar. It is a space to enjoy the endless variety of natural wine in good company.
