We have recently moved our production form North London to Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire! At Ruby Violet we create bespoke ice creams, vegan sorbets and frozen delights using only organic milk and the most simple or unusual fresh ingredients. All our ice cream is made from scratch including inclusions from jams to brownies and brittles. We currently have 1 parlour in London as well as a seasonal ice cream van, we work with restaurants and delis in London & Bedford and send our cakes, sundaes and tubs to customers across the UK via our online store. We work closely with corporate clients and event companies to create bespoke products, some clients we have recently worked with are Gordon Ramsay, Ardbeg Whisky, Coco & Eve and Eurostar.
