Lilac will be opening in 2021 as a wine bar and small plates venue. We work with some outstanding local food and drink suppliers to showcase the best the west country has to offer. We take advantage of the abundance of wild foods that grow along our coastline, hedgerows and fields viewing our privileged location as a veritable epicentre of exciting ingredients. We will offer a daily changing selection of small plates designed to accompany our wines.
