At Prufrock, we strive to support local producers and small scale growers. Prufrock’s Kitchen offers a delicious range of seasonal, home-cooked food for breakfast and lunch. We work with notable UK producers sourcing dairy products from Neal’s Yard and Northiam Dairy, fish from Ben’s Fish and meat from Swaledale Foods. We serve coffee from Square Mile, as well as featured roasters from Europe and beyond. The coffee menu is always changing for both espresso-based and filter coffees. From a fruity natural Ethiopian to a sweet washed Colombian, there’s something for everyone! We also love tea! We work with Postcards Teas, sourcing exclusively from small farms of less than 15 acres.
