We are an artisan bakery and cafe working with the highest quality ingredients. All our baked goods are made on site, and baked fresh daily. We work with a sourdough starter for our breads and a minimal amount of organic yeast for our pastries, relying on a slow fermentation that ensures a maximum amount of flavour and nutrition.
