About Plates Restaurant

With this new restaurant we’re hoping to show people how incredible fruit and vegetables can be when placed centre stage! Putting aside all the labels and associated stigma and just letting our chefs skills and the quality of the ingredient speak for itself. The food ethos is born from a blend of old-world training meets new-world innovation to present a unique take on cookery that is flavour obsessed and as fulfilling as it is beautiful. The London restaurant will be focused on showcasing and pushing boundaries and the Bordeaux farm will give us the opportunity to go back to basics and share our knowledge through the cookery school and retreats.
