About Pizza Party

Our vision. To prove pizza can nourish bodies and unlock futures - by serving healthy, honest pizza for everyone, while creating a practical route into paid employment for autistic young people. Our solution Food: Five doughs (sourdough, whole-wheat, spelt, chickpea, millet), five signature pizzas, macro panels (energy/protein/fibre/salt) and a ≤2.0g salt/pizza target, wide choice of toppings. Training Programme: An unpaid, time-bound academy in a live kitchen, chef-mentor model, small cohorts (3–5). Graduates move into paid roles with our first pizzeria (phase 2) and partner restaurants in subsequent years. We will provide light follow-on coaching and Access to Work guidance for employers.
