Matsudai Ramen is our 66-cover ramen bar in Grangetown, Cardiff, where we have loads of fun serving ramen, snacks and sake to 100s of people every week. We're hosting ramen heavyweights including London's Supa Ya and Philadelphia's Neighborhood Ramen, and 2025 has loads more in store. The restaurant boasts an open kitchen and a wonderful team, it's busy, informal dinning with the utmost care and attention to detail. Matsudai at Home is our HQ and production kitchen where we make and ship 100s of restaurant-quality ramen kits to homes all over the UK. Our mission here is making the food we love accessible, delivering complex, world-expanding ramen that people could rarely otherwise enjoy at home. Based in Taffs Well, just North of the city, in beautiful Welsh hills, this is a growing, dedicated team with the buzz of a busy kitchen and many fewer late nights.
