At Mambow we are uncovering the vast landscape of Malaysian cuisine to the UK. It is a mix of Chinese, Malay, South Indian and Thai ingredients and techniques, that makes the cuisine truly unique. We are showcasing this through our Head Chef, Abby Lee's, lens having grown up in both countries. We believe that we are the first of its kind in London, pushing Malaysian food forward.
