Our modern-European inspired menu evolves every week and offers a balance between well-sourced meat, fish and vegetables. You’ll find Galician Turbot, Ligurian Socca and beef short-rib from Swaledale, Yorkshire on the same menu. Our wine list is a mix of classic and natural wines from Basque to Abruzzo and many other places between and beyond - hybrid grape varietals such as Dornfelder (developed for its bold inky colour) are listed alongside classic Chardonnay from Burgundy. We’re a young and dynamic team who are always supportive of each other and are keen to foster an environment of learning, development and progression.
