About Liu Xiaomian

We are a small and energetic team, specialized in making Chongqing spicy noodles. We started trading in Brick Lane's food market back in 2018 and later started our first residency at Jackalope. Xiaomian actually refers to a group of plain noodles seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, chilli oil, ginger, Sichuan pepper etc. The real essence of Xiaomian is its unique spicy taste of chilli oil, which we proudly are making in our kitchen with our secret recipe.
