About Layla Bakery
We are a neighbourhood bakery in Ladbroke Grove serving sourdough bread, pastries and coffee. We make everything from scratch and bake it fresh each morning. We have two sites, one in Portobello, and a retail only shop in Acton.
Workplace Culture
At Layla Bakery, we have a close-knit team consisting of eight bakers and nine front-of-house staff members. To support our team, we provide daily staff lunch and coffee on tap. Our bakers work four days a week with shifts from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additionally, we host annual summer and Christmas parties to celebrate our staff's hard work.
