Working with seasonal produce and being uncompromising in our focus on quality, flavour and a nutrition- led menu, quickly favoured the cafe amongst not only critics and local residents alike, but creatives from every corner the world. Klear Labs bakery was conceived from the idea that a bakery can be modern, exciting and transparent at the same time.
